Watch Alanna Kennedy's bicycle kick and vote for it to win NWSL Goal of the Week

Westfield Matildas defender Alanna Kennedy has been nominated for the National Women's Soccer League Goal of the Week in the USA.

Kennedy is up for the prize after opening the scoring in Orlando Pride's 1-1 draw with Reign FC yesterday with an athletic bicycle kick.

After fellow Westfield Matilda Emily van Egmond's free-kick was only partially cleared by the Reign defence, the Sydney FC and Australia centre back punished her opponents with an overhead strike which stunned Cheney Stadium (see video below).
