After a 1-0 home victory followed by a 2-0 away triumph against the All Whites, Australia has climbed one place to 38th in the charts.
Graham Arnold’s side remain the fourth-highest ranked nation in the Asian Football Confederation behind Iran, Japan, and Korea Republic.
Australia’s opponents in Group D of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 are France (rank #4), Denmark (rank #10) and Tunisia (rank #30).
