Matchweek 5 preview: Adelaide United v Melbourne Victory

Adelaide United and Melbourne Victory meet on Saturday evening to write another chapter in one of the A-League's most storied rivalries.

The Original Rivalry never fails to provide fireworks and Coopers Stadium will provide a most fitting arena for the two teams to ignite their campaign.

Adelaide beat Melbourne City last time out with Tomi Juric on the scoresheet, after opening the campaign with a 0-0 draw with Western United. With a 5-3 loss to Perth and a three-day turn around, will Adelaide be back to fighting form in front of a home crowd?

Melbourne Victory were defeated 3-1 by Brisbane Roar back in the start of January, and continued their season against Perth Glory on Tuesday, 26 January.
