Sydney FC (52 points)

Clear favourites to retain the Premiers Plate with an eight-point lead. Juggling AFC Champions League commitments is a challenge, but only a major slip-up will cost the Sky Blues top spot.
Newcastle Jets (44 points)
To play: Phoenix (A), Adelaide (A), City (H), Glory (H), Mariners (A)
Full of confidence for the run home after toppling the league leaders. However, the departure of Andrew Nabbout is not ideal and their resolve will be further tested by back-to-back away trips.
Melbourne City (33 points)
To play: Adelaide (A), Wanderers (H), Jets (A), Mariners (H), Phoenix (A)
With three games to come against teams in the lower half of the league, City are still on course for the club's highest ever finish. Avoiding a fourth consecutive defeat when they head to Adelaide this Friday is key to making that a reality.
Melbourne Victory (32 points)
To play: Mariners (H), Glory (A), Wanderers (H), Phoenix (H), Sydney (A)
Three home matches over the next four rounds should make for a mouth-watering Big Blue in Round 27. Last year's beaten Grand Finalists will look to leapfrog crosstown rivals City before that trip to Sydney.
Western Sydney Wanderers (30 points)
To play: City (A), Victory (A), Roar (H), Adelaide (H)
Wanderers the most of a head start in the big weekend win over Wellington Phoenix, although no easy points in the next four fixtures mean a Finals Series spot is far from assured.
Adelaide United (29 points)
To play: City (H), Jets (H), Phoenix (H), Sydney (A), Wanderers (A)
The Reds have hit a difficult patch that needs to be overcome in three successive home fixtures. Form will be vital for the potentially decisive final-round trip to Western Sydney.
Perth Glory (26 points)
To play: Victory (H), Sydney (H), Newcastle (A), Brisbane (H)
Can they scrape into the six? Three more outings at nib Stadium suggest that's a possibility, so long as Glory are good enough to get results against three of the top four and a Brisbane Roar side breathing down their neck.
Brisbane Roar (25 points)
To play: Sydney (A), Phoenix (A), Mariners (H), Wanderers (A), Perth (A)
Hope still exists following four wins in six. Roar haven't missed the Finals Series in seven seasons, while their best results this season have come on the road.
Central Coast Mariners (20 points)
To play: Victory (A), Sydney (H), Roar (A), City (A), Jets (H)
Defeat in Perth on Saturday night all but ended chances of a late push. Springing another upset on Sydney FC and winning the season-ending F3 Derby are now the targets.
Wellington Phoenix (17 points)
To play: Jets (H), Roar (H), Adelaide (A), Victory (A), City (H)
