How to watch A-League Matchweek 6

‘The Battle of the Bridge’ between Victorian rivals Western United and Melbourne Victory headlines a Saturday triple header as the A-League rolls into Matchweek 6.

Mark Rudan's Green and Black claimed their first win of the season in a breathless 5-4 triumph against Perth Glory last week and, this Saturday, they take over AAMI Park for a home match against a Victory side coming off their own first win, a dramatic late 2-1 triumph over Glory on Tuesday.

Sydney FC, will be desperate to respond following their humbling by the high-flying Central Coast Mariners and the defending Premiers make the short journey for their first ever clash against competition newcomers Macarthur FC in Saturday's second encounter.

And completing the trio of matches, second-placed Adelaide United make the trip to face fifth-placed Brisbane Roar. That all comes after third-placed Western Sydney Wanderers get the round up and running in what should be a firecracker against the revitalised Newcastle Jets on Friday night.

The table-topping Mariners get their matchweek started at home against Wellington Phoenix on Sunday, before Melbourne City aim to continue their strong start against Perth Glory. Three days later, the Mariners and City are in action again with the in-form clubs facing off in Gosford a week on Wednesday.
