Maynor Figueroa
Experienced leader at the back. Currently plays in the MLS for FC Dallas, the 34-year-old has enjoyed an 18 year career with stints in Honduras and in the English Premier League with Wigan, where he’s remembered fondly during the club’s time in the elite of English football. His experience will be key.
Romell Quioto
Also at Houston with Elis, the attacker started his first season in the MLS on fire, scoring in each of his first three games before hitting a rough patch.
At 25 he’s clearly an important cog in the Honduran attack and went into the Mexico game with a goal to his name for Houston against Minnesota earlier in the month.
Alberth Elis
Plays for Houston Dynamo in the MLS. Just 21, he’s in hot form right now in the US League, being named in the MLS Team of the Week in early October for his performances in home games against the Galaxy and Minnesota United.
