Premier League: Mooy’s Huddersfield target first win

Huddersfield have drawn two and lost two of their opening four Premier League matches but the visit of Crystal Palace represents a big chance for the Terriers to get off the mark.

Aaron Mooy’s Huddersfield welcome Palace to the John Smith’s Stadium at 12.00am Sunday, while Mathew Ryan’s Brighton and Hove Albion face Wolves away at 10.30pm on Sunday.

Germany: doubts over wounded Aussies

Mathew Leckie could be in line to make his first Bundesliga appearance of the campaign when Hertha Berlin visit Wolfsburg on Sunday 11.30pm.

Leckie has been absent from the side’s back to back victories over Nurnberg and Schalke after nursing a knee injury.

England: Championship fixtures take centre stage

Mile Jedinak’s Aston Villa will be searching for a response against Blackburn Rovers. Steve Bruce’s side were beaten 4-1 by Sheffield United a fortnight ago and will need three points to get back on track at Sunday 2.30am.

Massimo Luongo will be key for Queens Park Rangers, who will look to distance themselves from the drop zone against Bolton on Sunday 12.00am.

James Meredith’s Millwall welcome Leeds United, Bailey Wright’s Bristol City host Sheffield United and Jackson Irvine’s Hull City entertain Ipswich Town in Sunday’s other 12.00am fixtures.

Meanwhile, table topping Heart of Midlothian are aiming to preserve their advantage at the summit when they take on Motherwell on Sunday at 12.00am.

Danny Vukovic will resume his role between the sticks as Genk entertain Anderlecht in a second versus third clash in the Belgian Pro League, with kick off Sunday 4.30am.

In Denmark, Midtjylland and Awer Mabil face a top of the table encounter against Kobenhavn on Monday 2.00am, while Mustafa Amini’s AGF side travel to Horsens on Sunday 10.00pm.

In Saudi Arabia, Brad Jones’ Al Nassr entertain Al-Faisaly on Saturday 1.40am, while Matt Jurman’s Al-Ittihad take on two fellow Australians Rhys Williams and Jack Duncan in a match against Al-Qadsiah on Sunday 3.45am.
