Brisbane Roar missed the Westfield W-League Finals Series for only the third time in their 12-year history last season and Jake Goodship will be keen to made amends in year two at the helm.
Goodship took the reigns from Mel Andreatta last off-season and the Queenslanders came up short of the top four after struggling to recover from a slow opening to the 2019/20 campaign.
The three-time Premiers and two-time Champions have never missed the post-season in consecutive years so a more settled start to 2020/21 will be essential.
With Tameka Yallop back as chief tormentor, Kim Carroll adding defensive leadership and ex-Bayern Munich star Emily Gielnik bringing the goal threat, expect Brisbane to soon be roaring once again.
