Westfield W-League run home: your club's final fixtures

The Westfield W-League's regular season is set for a grandstand finish as multiple clubs continue to covet both top spot and a Finals Series berth.

Here are the remaining matches your team must navigate.

1. Brisbane Roar

Six points from a possible nine is all Brisbane Roar need to claim a first premiership in five seasons and third overall.

That will be easier said than done with trips to Melbourne City and Adelaide United to come, but the leaders have won all four of their road matches to date.

REMAINING FIXTURES: City (away), Adelaide (away), Canberra (home)

2. Newcastle Jets

Upcoming matches against two teams in the bottom four give Newcastle Jets the opportunity to keep the pressure on Roar.

Perhaps more importantly will be safeguarding against any unlikely late wobble which could cost them a first Finals Series appearance since the competition's inaugural season.

REMAINING FIXTURES: Adelaide (home), Canberra (away), City (home)

3. Sydney FC

Though their winning run was halted by Newcastle last time out, Sydney FC will still be focused on preserving momentum ahead of the Finals Series.

A run of 16 points from a possible 18 has put Ante Juric's side firmly in the frame for post-season action and they can greatly enhance those chances by winning away to Perth Glory this weekend.

REMAINING FIXTURES: Glory (away), Victory (away), Wanderers (home)

4. Melbourne City

Melbourne City got firmly back on track with their emphatic 3-0 weekend win over Perth Glory and they'll look to continue that form in the Melbourne Derby.

Another three points in that match will be crucial to keeping the chasing pack at bay, especially with games against the top two to follow.

5. Perth Glory

Perth Glory's early-season charge has been knocked off course by a three-match winless run, including back-to-back defeats.

They can still force their way into post-season calculations, but it'll take a big effort over three winnable fixtures.

REMAINING FIXTURES: Sydney FC (home), Canberra (home), Wanderers (home)

6. Canberra United

They may be four points outside the Finals Series places but hope is far from lost for the reigning premiers.

Heather Garriock's team have a match in hand on each of the five teams above them and will play a big part in shaping the final standings with Perth, Newcastle and Brisbane all still ahead.

REMAINING FIXTURES: Wanderers (home), Glory (away), Jets (home), Roar (away)

7. Melbourne Victory

Melbourne Victory's season is beginning to feel like one of missed opportunities, but Sunday's clash with City could change that.

If they can spring an upset over their more fancied rivals, they are every chance of taking points from each of the final three fixtures.

REMAINING FIXTURES: City (home), Wanderers (away), Sydney FC (home), Adelaide (away)

8. Western Sydney Wanderers

Second-bottom in 2016/17, Western Sydney will hope to show signs of progress by climbing higher than eighth before the conclusion of the campaign.

Only one of their five defeats this season has been by more than a single goal and they'll be eager to turn that competitiveness into points over the next month.

9. Adelaide United

Free of expectation, Adelaide United's remaining task is to restore the pride that took a hit in the weekend's 6-1 loss in Canberra.

That performance was a shadow of the 3-1 upset they sprung over Perth earlier in the season, the kind of result that could be looked to for inspiration as they aim to finish the season on a high note.
