SBS to simulcast top of the table clash

SBS will simulcast live the top-of-the-table clash between Western Sydney Wanderers and Brisbane Roar on SBS ONE, SBS 2 and SBS HD on Friday 7 February.

In a special presentation, SBS will simulcast live the top-of-the-table Hyundai A-League clash between Western Sydney Wanderers and Brisbane Roar on SBS ONE, SBS 2 and SBS HD on Friday 7 February.

The simulcast ensures that even more Australians will see this blockbuster match on free-to-air television.

“Simulcasting the biggest match of the season across SBS ONE, SBS 2 and SBS HD is a fantastic opportunity to promote the best of the A-League to as many people as possible” said Ken Shipp, Head of Sport SBS.

SBS-s live Friday night match coverage will be hosted by SBS Host and former Socceroo David Zdrilic. He will be joined by two time A-League championship winner Clint Bolton and SBS Chief Football Analyst Craig Foster. Lucy Zelic will report live pitchside from Pirtek Stadium in Parramatta.

Coverage of the match starts at 7pm AEDT on SBS 2 and SBS HD, and at 7:30pm AEDT on SBS ONE.

SBS Radio will also provide live commentary for the match via SBS Radio 3, and the game will be streamed online at www.sbs.com.au/TheWorldGame.
