He’s still got a few games left for Western Sydney Wanderers but Mark Bridge has already found a new club post his Hyundai A-League retirement.
Earlier this month Bridge confirmed the 2018/19 Season would be his last in the Hyundai A-League after two championships and more than 10 seasons in the competition.
But the 33-year-old intends to play on once his Wanderers commitments are over, joining NSW NPL 2 club Mounties Wanderers.
Bridge, who won Hyundai A-League titles with Newcastle Jets and Sydney FC, has endured an injury-plagued 2018/19 campaign which has restricted him to just two appearances for Markus Babbel's men.
It’s taken his overall tally to 248 games in the competition, needing just two more appearances to become the 10th player to reach the magical 250 mark.

If he features against Wellington on Sunday, he’ll reach that figure in front of the club’s home fans at ANZ Stadium on March 30 in a game against Melbourne City.
The Wanderers - who crushed Brisbane Roar 4-1 on Friday night - are currently on a four-game unbeaten run.
