For many Australians the Olympic Games hold a special place in their hearts and the Westfield Matildas are no different.
In 356 days, the eyes of the world will turn to Tokyo for 16 days of competition and the Westfield Matildas will once again proudly don the green and gold of the Australian Olympic Team.
Since first appearing at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, the Westfield Matildas have experienced many defining moments at the Olympics, including captivating the nation at Rio 2016.
