One month to go before Manchester United begin Australia tour

There’s only a month left to wait before you can witness the likes of Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford in action when Premier League giants Manchester United face Perth Glory at Optus Stadium on July 13.

England’s most successful club are set to kick off their pre-season tour of Australia and visit Perth for the first time in 44 years when they take on Hyundai A-League Premiers Perth next month.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side will also renew a bitter rivalry with EFL Championship outfit Leeds United at Optus Stadium on July 17 as the Red Devils begin a pre-season schedule which culminates in an Old Trafford clash with Chelsea on the opening weekend of the 2019/20 Premier League campaign.

And while United’s long pre-season commences in the WA capital, there could also be new beginnings with Hyundai A-League star Bruno Fornaroli set to make his Perth debut against the English heavyweights.
