Argentina have come off a very positive 2018 where they finished third at the 2018 Copa America Femenina.

Head coach Carlos Borrello knows how to get success out of this side, leading them to victory in South America’s showpiece event back in 2006 during his first stint in charge.

Nicknamed the Taegeuk Ladies, Korea Republic have found themselves placed in Group A alongside hosts France for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2019.

They had to do it the hard way however, relying on a play-off after they failed to make the last four of the 2018 AFC Women’s Asian Cup.

Easing past the Philippines 5-0, Yoon Deok-Yeo’s side will be hoping the Cup of Nations provides a platform for them to continue building.

Aussie fans will get to see the likes of Ji So-Yun, a key player for Korea Republic if they are to progress in France.

Argentina’s last match came in the form of the CONCACAF-CONMEBOL play-off for France 2019 where they saw off Panama 5-1 over two legs late last year.

Korea Republic have seen action this calendar year, defeating Romania 3-0 before succumbing to China 1-0 in January.
