Makeche makes Malaysian move

Perth Glory have confirmed that Ndumba Makeche has left the club by mutual agreement and has signed a one year contract to play for the Malaysian Premier League team, FELDA United Football Club.

Perth Glory have confirmed that Ndumba Makeche has left the club by mutual agreement and has signed a one year contract to play for the Malaysian Premier League team, FELDA United Football Club.

Ndumba Makeche originally joined the Perth Glory Youth team at the start of the 2011/2012 National Youth League season.

He signed his first professional contract with the club in 2012 ahead of his first team debut on March 18, 2012 against Gold Coast United. Makeche has since made five appearances in the Hyundai A-League for the club totaling 173 minutes, with his last appearance against Melbourne Victory in December 2013. Makeche-s contract with Perth Glory was due to end in May this year.

"We wish Ndumba all the best for his future playing career at FELDA United" CEO Jason Brewer stated.

"Ndumba has a very good attitude and work ethic that he has shown throughout his time at the Club and I thank him for his time here" Brewer added.

Makeche-s new club FELDA United, played against Perth Glory FC earlier this season in a friendly at Perth S.C. Dorrien Gardens, with Glory winning 9-0 on the night.
