How to watch A-League Matchweek 4

A mouthwatering Sydney Derby kicks off a bumper Matchweek 4 as the A-League dials up the heat with six matches in the space of five days.

The summer of football continues with a sizzling showpiece on Saturday as Carl Robinson’s all-new Western Sydney Wanderers aim to once again show the Champions and Premiers, Sydney FC, they are the hottest act in the Harbour City after the Red and Black went unbeaten against the Sky Blues last year.

A newly-emerging feud also returns on Saturday with Melbourne City holding the upper hand over Victorian rivals Western United, after City broke Green and Black hearts in last year’s Semi-Final to record their fourth straight win against the 2019/20 competition newcomers.

This year’s start-up club, Macarthur FC, take their maiden trip to the Hunter on Sunday to face a Newcastle Jets side searching for their first points, while the Jets are straight back in action at McDonald Jones Stadium up against Brisbane Roar on Wednesday.

Ladder leaders, the Central Coast Mariners, seek to maintain their perfect record with the Wanderers providing the opposition on Tuesday, as off-season signing Ziggy Gordon returns to Gosford, while Perth Glory finally get their A-League season under way against Adelaide United on Wednesday in WA.
