Gallery: Honda’s first press conference in Melbourne

Melbourne Victory recruit Keisuke Honda gave his first press conference since arriving in Australia to a packed media contingent at AAMI Park on Wednesday.

The Japanese legend sat between Victory coach Kevin Muscat and chairman Anthony Di Pietro and expressed his excitement at getting stuck into this new challenge of his career in the Hyundai A-League.

Honda, 32 is expected to start training with his new teammates later this week and could make his competitive debut in Victory’s FFA Cup Round of 16 clash against APIA Leichhardt next Tuesday night.
