FFA seeking applications for new Head Coach of The Matildas

Football Federation Australia, the national governing body for football in Australia, is seeking applications for a suitably qualified and experienced football coach, for the position of Head Coach of the Australian Women’s National Football Team (‘The Matildas’).

The position is a full time coaching position, based at the FFA Headquarters in Sydney with regular visits to Canberra for training camps and other AIS activities. The term of the appointment will run through until the end of The Matildas campaign for the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup and the 2016 Olympic Games.
 
Applicants should hold a current UEFA, FFA, AFC or FIFA (or equivalent) Pro License. Experience in coaching football at an international level is essential, and experience in coaching women’s football and knowledge of football in Asia are highly desirable.
