Newcastle Olympic secured qualification to the Australia Cup Final Rounds with a decisive 3-0 victory over newly promoted NPL side Cooks Hill at Fearnley Dawes Athletic Centre.

Jared Muller helped his side to make the national stage by netting a brace against Cooks Hill while Joey Langlois scored a wonder-strike from the edge of the box to round out the scoring in Newcastle.

In what is their only second game on the national stage, Newcastle Olympic will be coming up against reigning A-League Men Premeirs, Melbourne City at No2 Sportsground on Tuesday evening.
