Chelsea stars surprise young Blues fan with special visit

Three Chelsea players gave a four-year-old Chelsea fan the time of his life when they visited his home for a BBQ during the Blues’ trip to Perth to play the Glory.

Young Blues supporter Hudson sent Chelsea a video message some weeks ago, asking for the players to visit his Perth home for an authentic Aussie BBQ.

But ahead of Monday night’s clash with the Glory – which ended with a 1-0 for the Blues - David Luiz, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Ethan Ampadu took young Hudson up on his offer.

As well as having a traditional Aussie BBQ, the trio played a match in the family backyard, tried their hand at Hudson’s goal celebration and also had gifts for the youngster.

And Hudson also had something for the Chelsea stars, giving them toy koalas and a hand-drawn card as a memento of their visit.

Maurizio Sarri’s side is now on their way back to London following their whirlwind trip Down Under, with Pedro’s goal ensuring the Premier League giants would leave with a victory.
