Cenovis to power the Socceroos

FFA received a boost today with one of Australia’s leading vitamin brands, Cenovis, forming a major partnership to support the Socceroos.

Football Federation Australia received a boost today with one of Australia-s leading vitamin brands, Cenovis, forming a major partnership to support the Socceroos as the official vitamin partner.

The partnership continues the recent surge in mainstream popularity football is enjoying and comes on the eve of Ange Postecoglou-s first match in charge when the Socceroos take on Costa Rica at Allianz Stadium on Tuesday 19 November.

“FFA welcomes Cenovis to the Football Family as a great partner of the Socceroos,” said FFA Chief Executive Officer David Gallop. “Both Cenovis and football have shared interests in promoting health and well-being within families and the community.

“The timing of this partnership comes as football is enjoying unprecedented popularity and is a sign of our presence in the mainstream of Australian society.”

The Cenovis corporate partnership will be supported by a dedicated television campaign, extensive digital activity and outdoor advertising. Cenovis and Brisbane-based Socceroo Matt McKay also teamed up for a special launch video. Watch it here.

Luke Fitzgerald, Director of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare, the makers of Cenovis said the partnership was the most exciting in the brand-s history.

“Cenovis has been supporting Australian families with great quality products for more than 70 years,” he said.

“Those same great products will now support the entire Socceroos family as they gear up for Brazil and beyond, and that-s something we are immensely proud of.

“We are also proud to be supporting the sport. Football is hugely popular with Australian families and is one of the fastest growing sports among youngsters nationwide.

“Our partnership with the Socceroos marks an ambitious direction for Cenovis that will cement the brand front and centre within the family vitamin segment.”

The partnership will see Cenovis customers and consumers offered exciting opportunities to support the Socceroos.
