Bobo's new club revealed following Sydney FC exit

Reigning Hyundai A-League Golden Boot winner Bobo has bounced back to Turkey following his departure from Sydney FC.

Super Lig side Alanyaspor announced their capture of the 33-year-old two days after the Sky Blues confirmed a fee for his transfer had been agreed.

Bobo's latest move marks his third spell in Turkey having spent six seasons with Besiktas and three at Kayserispor earlier in his career.

He netted an impressive 42 goals in 57 appearances during his time in Australia but has now joined Adrian Mierzejewski, who made a simultaneous switch to China, in finding a new home.

Sydney FC boss Steve Corica has already begun the process of recruiting a new centre-forward for his first season at the helm.

The retired Caltex Socceroo, who has stepped up from his former role as Graham Arnold's assistant, has spoken of having "very exciting targets" on his shortlist.

Captain Alex Brosque, youngster Charles Lokolingoy and new signing Trent Buhagiar are among his current attacking options.
