Bart Schenkeveld has left Melbourne City.
Schenkeveld, 27, failed to reach an agreement following extensive negotiations with the club.
The Dutchman joined City on a two-year contract in 2017 and 51 appearances for the club in total, establishing a reputation as one of the Hyundai A-League's benchmark defenders along the way.

City have also confirmed midfielder Kearyn Baccus has departed the club after securing a move to South Africa.
Baccus joined Melbourne as an injury replacement last season and inked a three and a half year deal with City in January.
