Aaron Mooy was on hand to provide the assist for the crucial goal in Brighton’s must win fixture against Norwich whilst Adam Taggart was back amongst the goals as he fired home a double for Suwon Bluewings.

In the English Premier League, Socceroos duo Aaron Mooy and Maty Ryan starred for Brighton & Hove Albion as they secured a 1-0 victory away to bottom of the ladder Norwich City.

Mooy set up Leandro Trossard for the decisive goal on 25 minutes with his pinpoint cross from the right wing finding the Belgian midfielder in space around the six-yard-area.

Over to the Korean K League and Adam Taggart scored a double for Suwon Bluewings in their thrilling 3-3 draw with FC Seoul on Saturday.

Taggart’s first arrived from the penalty spot on 12 minutes before he bundled home from close range in the 42nd minute after the Seoul shot stopper failed to keep hold of Park Sang-hyeok’s strike before the ball fell favourably into the path of the Aussie striker.

Fellow Aussie Terry Antonis was an unused substitute for Suwon.

Brandon O’Neill featured for Pohang Steelers as they sealed a 4-0 victory against Seongnam FC on Sunday.

The Aussie midfielder started the match and played for 56 minutes before exiting the action with his side already 3-0 up.

In the Japanese J League, Thomas Deng made his debut in the heart of defence for Urawa Red Diamonds as they registered a 0-0 stalemate at home to Yokohama F. Marinos.
