Mabil registered his first assist of the season for Midtjylland in Friday morning’s 3-1 second leg defeat to Rangers in the UEFA Europa League qualifying third round.
Australian flyer Mabil was summoned from the bench by coach Kenneth Andersen at half time with the Herning-based club 2-0 down and requiring a swing of five goals to progress to the next round.
