In the first episode of the new ‘Danny and Raddy Show’, the Western Sydney Wanderers pair got together to call fans and thank them for renewing their membership.

Roar’s new keeper ready to turn up the heat
Off-season recruit Max Crocombe has made a seamless transition to Brisbane Roar, but things could start to get a lot different for the New Zealand international goalkeeper.
Crocombe helped Roar get their hands on some pre-season silverware, playing both matches (wins over Perth Glory and Newcastle Jets) as Robbie Fowler’s side won the inaugural Surf City Cup.
One of a host of new faces in Roar’s squad, the 26-year-old is heading into his first season in the Hyundai A-League after spending almost his entire career in the UK.
“I’m loving it, [Brisbane] is unbelievable. I can’t believe I didn’t come out here sooner, it’s wicked,” Crocombe told Roar’s official website.
“I don’t know how much I’m actually looking forward to the summer because look how hot it is now but it makes a very welcome change from what we’re used to in our [British] winters.
“You only have to look at last season where there were a couple of days that were absolutely freezing.
“Everything is cold, my hands were freezing, my feet were freezing, I couldn’t feel my toes and just to compare that to here - it’s a world apart.”
Sydney FC teen heading in the right ‘direction’
Initiation songs at football clubs are usually daunting experiences, especially when you’re a teenager who has just inked his first professional contract.
And that was the case for 18-year-old Marco Tilio this week after signing a one-year deal with Hyundai A-League Champions Sydney FC.
With the club in Cairns for a pre-season tour, Tilio had to display the same confidence he does on the pitch by getting up and singing in front of his teammates.
While we’re sure his football talent is better than his singing ability, you can’t doubt the young midfielder’s courage.
Talay willing to wait on Wellington's ‘last puzzle piece’
The start of the Hyundai A-League 2019/20 Season may be just five weeks away but Wellington Phoenix boss Ufuk Talay insists he won’t be rushed in finding a new striker.
Phoenix have one spot left to fill on their roster – and it’s a big one – as they look to fill the void of Johnny Warren Medalist Roy Krishna.
With the squad heading to Sydney for a 10-day training camp, Talay admitted he would have loved to have had their new striker on board.
But that won’t be the case with the Phoenix boss willing to wait to get the right man.
“For me, its very important we find the right one. It’s the last piece of the puzzle and he has to fit in the way we want to do things and he needs to add as well,” Talay told reporters on Friday.
“There’s a list of players that want to come out this side but for me it’s most important that he adds balance to our strikeforce.”
As well as a 10-day training camp in Sydney, Phoenix will also play matches against Sydney FC, Western Sydney Wanderers and NSW NPL Premiers Wollongong Wolves.
Western United FC donate to worthy cause
Hats off to new Hyundai A-League side Western United for getting behind a worthy cause for underprivileged kids in Africa.
The brainchild of Nick Meredith, #FootballsForAfrica is about shining light on life in African refugee camps by getting football and equipment to the kids there.
And Western United were only happy to oblige, sending a box full of signed balls to Meredith to send to Africa.
They join fellow Hyundai A-League sides Western Sydney Wanderers and Brisbane Roar to already donate to the cause.
